Proteined Omelette for Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 60g of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons white cheese 0% fat
- A pinch of salt
⟹ In a suitable container, mixe the 5 eggs, but keep only that white part for the last you can keep the yellow, add two tablespoon of 0% white cheese then 60g of oatmeal well mix it all together, Using a whip.
Cook in a skillet (preferably non-stick) over medium heat, then cook both sides. And ready to taste !!!
