Cheating on a meal plan has it consequences. Here are some very simple steps to help stay focused and deal with the after morning upset stomach, heart burns, gas and that bloated feeling.
Step 1 – Up on arising 6 oz glass of warm water put some baking soda and drops of lemon juice. It will help with the bloated feeling and gas
Step 2 – Any food that you consume during the day, just make sure it’s LEAN PROTEIN and Veggies.
Step 3 – Stay away from carbohydrates ( starch) on the day
Step 4 – Consume 3 servings of fresh pineapples spread over the day to help you with the digestion
Step 5 – Drink at least 5 to 6 cups of Camomile and Peppermint tea throughout the day.
Step 6 – at least 1/2 Gallon of Water
Stay away from
1 – All starches,
2 – Sugar
3 – Processed food
4 – High fat food
5 – Sodas and sugary drinks
6 – Coffee
